Common questions
Why is the calorie count off for one of my dishes?
Calorie estimates have a typical error of ±15–25%. If you know the actual portion size, tap the dish on the result screen to adjust it — the totals will recompute live.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Macroh → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Macroh → Cancel.
- Web (Razorpay): email support@macroh.inwith your account email and we'll cancel it for you.
How do I delete my account?
Open Macroh → Settings → Delete Account. The process is irreversible and takes effect within 7 working days. See our Delete Account page for the full process.
I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally signed up with. If you're still stuck, email support@macroh.in.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell data and we don't retain meal photos after analysis. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
