Shipping and Delivery

Macroh is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so no delivery address, courier or shipping charge is involved in any purchase. This page describes how access is delivered instead.

1. What is delivered

A purchase activates Macroh Premium on your account: unlimited AI meal scans, your full logging history, and daily calorie and macro targets. Delivery means the Premium entitlement being attached to your account — there is no file to download beyond the Macroh app itself, which is free from the App Store.

2. When it is delivered

Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Premium is linked to the email address entered at checkout.

UPI payments occasionally take a minute or two to confirm at the bank. If you leave the page during that time, access is still granted automatically the moment the payment clears — you do not need to pay again or contact us.

3. How to start using it

1. Download Macroh from the App Store, if you have not already.
2. Sign in with the same email address you paid with. This is what links your purchase to your account.
3. Premium is already active. There is no code to enter and no receipt to forward.

A confirmation email is sent to your address at the time of purchase. It is worth keeping as your receipt.

4. If access does not appear

The usual cause is signing into the app with a different email from the one used at checkout — for example paying with a personal address and signing in with Apple, which may hide your real address behind a private relay.

Email support@macroh.in with the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt and we will move the entitlement to the correct account. We reply within 2 working days, and unresolved access problems are refunded in full under our Cancellation and Refunds policy.

5. Service availability

Macroh requires an internet connection to scan meals, since analysis runs on our servers. The app is currently available on iOS. Premium purchased on this website applies to your Macroh account and follows you to any device you sign into with the same email.
